Carly’s early career was in retail management, joining Littlewick in 2015 as a receptionist and administrator for the Erewash Diabetes Service. Carly has been Practice Manager for Littlewick since 2018
Beth has worked at Littlewick since 2011, initially as a receptionist and has since progressed into the role of Surgery Team Leader and Littlewick wellbeing champion.
Lynne joined Littlewick Surgery in 2015 having started her career at Manor Pharmacy in Castle Donington. Her training in Pharmacy Services was completed in the form of an NVQ with a level 3 qualification being achieved within 18 months and then an Accredited Checking Technician qualification.
Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription inquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.
