If you have diabetes you will have a review with a nurse to monitor your condition. The appointment may involve discussing your symptoms, a discussion about your medicines, breathing tests etc. Your practice will contact you to book your diabetes review when it is due, but if you have any concerns about your condition in the meantime please contact the surgery.
