The NHS website has a NHS vaccination schedule which shows at what age your child would need each of their childhood vaccinations, these can be found at NHS Vaccinations and when to have them.
It is the responsibility of the parent to contact the surgery and arrange for vaccinations to be done when they reach the correct age.
