If you suffer from AF, you will have a review with a nurse to monitor your condition. The appointment may involve discussing your symptoms, a discussion about your medicines, tests to monitor your health etc.
Your practice will contact you to book your AF review when it is due, but if you have any concerns about your condition in the meantime please contact the surgery.
