Personal Independence Payment Support Letters

We do not provide PIP (Personal Independence Payment) support letters. Please apply for PIP yourself first — the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) will contact us directly if they need any information.

When providing info for PIP, we can only share factual details from your medical notes or hospital letters . We cannot add anything not documented in your records, even if requested.

For extra support with PIP claims and advice, please contact the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) .

Please also note, we do not provide housing support letters. A standard form is available at reception for you to complete about your housing needs .
