Online Triage Service Update

We’re pleased to share that our medical online triage service will now be available Monday to Friday, from 8am – 12pm. All queries, will be responded to within 24 working hours.

For admin queries, our service is available Monday to Friday from 8am – 4pm, and these will be responded to within 48 working hours.

If you’re able to use the internet, we politely ask that you use this method to contact the surgery. This will help keep our phone lines open for patients who may not have internet access.
