	Opening hours :Monday -Friday 8.30am 12.30pm and 2.30pm-5.30pm except early closing Weds and Thurs 12.00 noon

	Patients wanting to speak to a GP or practice nurse.
	GPs and Practice Nurses are available to speak to at the end of morning and afternoon surgery. This is usually between 11.30 am to 12.00 pm and 5.30pm to 6.00pm. These times are not specifically allocated for telephone calls, but are when the GPs or Practice Nurses are not in consultations. They are unable to deal with complicated matters over the telephone, so if it is something that is going to take some time and could be dealt with better in a consultation then please make an appointment.
	Patients are advised that the BT ringback service does not work at our practice and would ask patients not to use this option. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but should lines be busy you will need to keep trying.
