When telephoning for medical attention the receptionist may ask for a few details. They have been trained to make these enquiries so that we can help you in the most appropriate way. |

| Mrs Dawn Campbell and her deputy Mrs Hayley Simpson are responsible for practice administration and have a committed staff whose role it is to act as a link between you and your doctor. It is helpful in the planning of visits and appointment times if you can give an idea of your problem if appropriate. At The Dales we have a staff of four who act both as receptionists and dispensers. |
