Please answer our question about what to do with "DNA -Did not attend" -patients who do not turn up for booked appointments and do not cancel the appointments.Currently we write to such patients pointing out that they have deprived other patients of a chance to see the doctor or nurse.Very occasionally if patients persistently DNA we remove them from our list.
