To calculate how hard you are exercising take your pulse whilst you are exercising or immediately after stopping exercise.Put your age into the box and press click.You will then know the pulse ranges that tell you the various exercise zones .Zone 1 is lowest intensity and Zone 5 is highest intensity(competition).If you put your exercise pulse rate into the box you will also know what exercise zone you were in at that time.
