| click here to see and give your reaction | I have missed a couple of appointments. 1 due to being stuck in traffic due to an accident on the m1, which I telephoned in, but the receptionist failed to make notes on my file. 2. due to being held at knife point at work, was unable to contact the surgery. Again I telephoned (after the situation) and again the receptionist failed to make notes on my file. This is not good enough. The administration at Littlewick medical centre is appauling, and telephone manners are discusting. I have complained several times, but the administration manager just sends you a letter, but things never get resolved. |
